UK ATM machines set to offer WiFi access, free for BT and iPhone users

BT Broadband customers and O2 iPhone users will run on ATM machines as Wi-Fi hotspots Cashbox be converted to serve as free WiFi hotspots, courtesy of BT Openzone and Cashbox, maybe just about unequal combine of commercial metaphors ever put jointly.
AIM-listed firm Cashbox has installed 2,500 ATM machines in some restaurants, bars and shops in the UK, the company turns a profit by charging a commission on cash withdrawals and so tends to place its machines where traditional ATM machines are left.
For now the company only starts with 10 machines this week and numbers are expected to steadily increase, customers are given an Openzone allowance with their broadband packages, while iPhone users are given unlimited access to the hotspots. Access can also be bought for £5.88 for 90 minutes, or £9.79 for 24 hours.
